2026 ACDHA Annual Meeting in Auburn, California
September 17th to September 20th, 2026
The American Cream Draft Horse Assn. Annual Meeting will be held way out West in 49’r Country only six miles from California’s 1848 Gold Discovery Site.
Event Itinerary:
Thursday - Sept. 17th – Travel Day, Hotel Check -In, Dinner at Black Bear Restaurant followed by Hanging Out’ in the Hotel to Visit.
Friday – Sept. 18th - Breakfast at Hotel followed by Touring the Gold Rush Towns of Auburn & Nevada City. The ACDHA Group will then attend the Draft Horse Classic Show & Harvest Fair at the Nevada County Fairgrounds where we’ll walk the Horse Barns & Exhibits before the Show starts at 6:30pm. We have a block of Reserved Seating Tickets at the Show for the Group.
Saturday – Sept. 19th - Breakfast at Hotel followed by 15 minute drive south on Hwy. 49’ to the Gold Rush Fire Brigade’s (Horsedrawn) Firehouse in Pilot Hill for the 2026 ACDHA Annual Meeting to be held at 9 am. We’ll have our Lunch at the Firehouse Park at 12:30pm, then complete the Meeting Agenda. American Cream Fire’ Horses will be attending the 2026 Meeting to comfort any Members who are Homesick.
Sunday – Sept. 20th - Travel Day and/or visit the Gold Discovery Park in Coloma
Extra Time ? Check out the Sierra Nevada’s at Lake Tahoe & Virginia City, Old Sacramento Museums, or San Francisco Bay all here within a couple of hours of Auburn in Northern Calif.

ACDHA Hotel Rooms cost - $135 a day. Let the Desk know your with the ACDHA gathering for that daily rate. The Hotel is located on Interstate 80 frontage in Auburn, Calif. so it’s easy to access.
Draft Horse Classic & Harvest Fair Tickets :
Group Tickets for the Draft Horse Classic Show on Friday - $15 ea. which includes Entry into the Barns & Harvest Fair.
Annual Meeting Luncheon on Saturday :
Lunch is sandwiches, chips, drink and dessert

Try to get your Rooms & Draft Horse Classic Tickets Reserved by June since the Gold Country gets Very Busy in the Summer & Fall Season !

The registration fee is $50.00, which includes admission to the Draft Horse Classic Show on Friday night, September 18th , lunch at the annual meeting on September 19th at the firehouse, and a T-shirt.
Please register by June 1 st if possible, so we can ensure enough seating for
everyone to sit together as a group.
